This Terms & Conditions set forth the conditions on which we will provide the services offered through the shop.vietnamdiscovery.com website. This Terms & Conditions is a contract between you (“Customer”) and Vietnam Discovery Travel (“We” or “Company”), and covers all payment and services made pursuant to this Website.
Terms of service
BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THE “CHECK OUT” or “PayPal” BUTTON, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREUNDER. BY CLICKING ON THE “I accept the Terms & Conditions” CHECKBOX, YOU ARE BOUND BY AND HAVE BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
1. Nature of services
Company provides an eSIM service (the “eSIM”), to travelers who plan to visit any of the countries that we provide coverage to.
2. Fees and charges
Fees for the use of our Roaming Service are assessed commencing as of the Payment Date. Our current fee schedule is posted on our Website and may be amended from time to time upon prior notice. To place any booking, we require you to make a payment of the anticipated charges.
In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to the Service Provider no later than 7 days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item.
Amounts not so disputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within 7 days. Vietnam Discovery shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith.
3. Cancellation and refund
- To cancel your order and request a refund, contact Vietnam Discovery at esim@vietnamdiscovery.com. Please let us know your order number, product name, and the reason for the refund.
- A refund will be made the same way as the payment method (e.g. paypal) used to make the purchase. A refund process may take up to 10 business days.
- We shall refund only when you cancel your order before we send you the QR code via email, or if your esim has an error that cannot be fixed by us.
- We shall not refund you in case you do not see your eSIM in your primary inbox but fail to contact us for checking why you do not receive your eSIM, because sometimes the eSIM delivery may mislabeled as spam or promotion email.
- We shall not support a refund or exchange once the QR code is sent via email or is scanned, and/or the esim error has been fixed by us and communicated to you.
- Due to the nature of the digital goods, a refund for the buyer’s remorse cannot be handled after the QR code is sent. Please make a purchase after checking all our product details.
- In cases of experiencing problems with our service, we support a refund or exchange only when the problem has been submitted and verified through our Support Team. Our Support Team will examine whether the problem falls under our responsibility, and then only if applicable, we will initiate your refund. Once again, please note that the request for a refund after returning to your home country without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
4. Policy for fair usage of data communication
When the mobile network provider in the country you are traveling to identifies a massive volume of data communication, the communication volume for the line may be limited without prior notice in order to maintain network quality and fair usage of radio waves. For this reason, the internet connection may be lost or the communication speed may decrease.
In the event of usage restriction to mobile communication devices, etc. due to the reason above, the Company shall take no responsibility and the customer shall pay the usage fees, etc. to the Company.
